Funding
Viaplay Group has a bank facility (Revolving credit facility) of SEK 2.8 billion with a syndicate of five banks.
For the issue of bonds in the Swedish debt capital markets, Viaplay Group has a domestic Medium Term Note (MTN) programme with a framework amount of SEK 4.0 billion, which was established in March 2019.
MTN Programme
In 2019 Viaplay Group established a Swedish domestic MTN programme that will secure Viaplay Group's long-term funding in the capital markets.
In May 2023 the MTN-prospectus was updated.
Currently Viaplay Group has four outstanding bonds under the MTN programme, please see attached final terms.
